There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
