I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

by As a new patient that came once to this office to see if they were clean & professional. They get a "C" for cleanness & not having the top of the line equipment. A "D" for professionalism. The front office has too many asst.'s who do not know what is going on & not on the same page. Also another "D" for getting back to a patient promptly & when you call the office for anything, they place you on HOLD for a long time & do not even say: Sorry to keep on hold, I will be right with you". Do not recommend this office if you want to be treated the right way. xxx.xxx.149.229
