It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I called Dr. Schwartz's office for an last minute emergency for my daughter. We showed up late and he was still more than happy to accommodate us. My daughter felt much better after the initial treatment. Dr. Schwartz was very good at treating my daughter, who is only 7. The constant communication and humor are just two of the few good characteristics a good pediatric chiropractor has.
