I have known Donna Kobrin for 17 years. I used to allow her to make presentations at my fitness facility and paid my staff to have her make her talks to build her business beause we closed at 7: 30 pm. She would keep my staff there until 9 pm or longer. I've been sick for several months and cannot get in to see her or Andy Mott who I also know. I also know Kimberly Fink and asked her to tell Donna and Andy that I am very sick and she told me to call the office of which I've done on many occasions. I also know Nicole at the front desk. and Heidi Zuber who was Dr. Kobrin office manager for many years. I will never set foot in the facility of any kind of anything related to Donna Kobrin as long as I live. This complaint will be followed up by a certified letter to that affect and i'm also telling everyone I know about this situation.Debra K. Pope, #214-578-4445 office

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
