Services The Center for Plastic Surgery offers a wide variety of aesthetic (cosmetic) procedures and services to refine or enhance features, rejuvenate, contour, or modify the skin, face, facial features, neck, breast, and body. Facelift – Returns a youthful appearance by reducing sagging and lines around the face and neck. Newer methods, such as the MACS Lift (more advanced than the QuickLift, Lifestyle Lift or the S-Lift), do so with faster healing and smaller scars.Blepharoplasty – Eliminates a tired appearance by reducing extra skin and puffiness about the eyelids. Done in an advanced manner to reduce problems and improve results and longevity.Brow Lift – Raises the forehead and reduces the wrinkling there and between the eyebrows. It also improves the upper eyelids. Done almost exclusively endoscopically.Advanced Skin Care and Spa Services –These include Obagi®, Therapon®, and Blue Peel® products to reverse the superficial signs of aging and sun damage and protect the skin from the sun. Treatments improve the appearance of the skin by reducing fine wrinkles, correcting color abnormalities, reducing the dead outer layer, and moisturizing the skin. Peels, facials and waxing add to the improvement in a relaxing atmosphere.Ancillary Procedures - Botox® injections, collagen injections or implants, hyaluronic acid (Restylane®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®) injections, Fat injection, Peels, and Laser reduce wrinkling and correct contour problems. IPL removes red & brown spots. Endoscopic and newer techniques keep scars minimal. Otoplasty – Changes the shape &/or prominence of the ear or lobe.Rhinoplasty – Improves the shape and appearance &/or function of the nose.Breast Shaping – Augmentation increases the size, Reduction reduces the size and corrects sagging, Mastopexy corrects sagging. Body Contouring – Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck removes excess skin and fat of the abdomen and contours the muscles to thin the waist. Lifts remove excess skin and correct sagging of the arms, thighs, hips, and buttocks. Liposuction corrects contour problems and reduces localized fat. Perioperative and Lifestyle Services – We use vitamin and nutritional supplements designed to promote healing and reduce bruising. Postoperative camouflage make-up is provided. Lifestyle enhancement advice is available.
