she is terrible. i left i way worse pain then i entered. during the visit she said, "i am goin to rob you" (and she did for $70) and also "i am going to
shoot you." she used a machine briefly to punch at my back. she used
a stretch machine for $40 (which is basically useless). she took my
medicare number and said it would not be for the first visit. now today
i get a medicare bill for that visit. totally unsatisfactory abuse and
robbery.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
