Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I took my elderly mother to Dr. Hurst due to sudden, complete blindness in her left eye. She was given devastating news about both eyes. Dr. Hurst was rude, impatient, disrespectful, and would not answer our questions. He did only a very basic eye exam and simply told us there was nothing that could be done and to come back in 6 weeks. We went to a different eye doctor for a second opinion; my mother was given a very thorough eye exam - much more extensive than the one done by Dr. Hurst. The second doctor was extremely concerned about her condition (a potentially serious one) and ordered immediate blood tests and several other tests to check for the source of stroke. That doctor called us to discuss the test results and we will see him again in 2 weeks. Dr. Hurst was extremely negligent in sending my mother home without doing a proper eye exam and other tests to determine if she is seriously ill. In my mother's case Dr. Hurst proved to be not competent in his field and I will be filing a complaint against him.
