There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. If you need supplies or prescriptions, make sure you get them before you leave. Isaw this doctor BUT when Medtronic tried to get the new prescription, it was a nightmare and the nurse told the rep I would have to make another appointment before they could do a refill! My order was placed on hold and after 3 days of calling the office (which takes a miracle to get through) I am still without my supplies or an answer. He is a great doctor but the over booking, the hassles trying to get a call back to you, the pharmacist or medical supply company and the 2-3 hour waits are outweighing the balance. I have contacted a new doctor and hopefully will have better luck when this insulin defendant guy needs supplie or immediate attention.
