They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. She is a WONDERFUL person who really cares about the kids. I would take my child back there in a second!!!!!
Their front desk staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. However their nursing staff was awesome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
Because Dr. Schott is an opthalmologist, medical insurance will be billed -- not vision insurance. She specializes in pediatric opthalmology and does not mince words when dealing with tweens who don't wear their glasses. 'If you won't wear your glasses, why would you wear and take care of contact lenses?" We were left in the appointment room at times, but they eventually returned.
