On Several occasions we were the first appointment of the day (around 10am) and were kept waiting about 45 minutes for the Doctor to arrive. We are long-time patients, and he was chronically running late in the past, but caring and devoted. Just found it disturbing to be told that multiple late arrivals were because he was doing hospital work when the last time he came in sweats and a stocking cap.
