Dr Rein has been my mother's physician for years. He's always been very patient and caring with her. We couldn't have asked for any better care. His staff is also very professional and concerned about her well-being. We've never had any complaints or concerns about him or his staff.

I felt less like a human being and more like I was just another cow in the herd
while under the alledged care of Dr. Rein. He does not answer his own phone and
his staff has very poor communications skills, and made several errors in describing
my symptoms and problems to Dr. Rein resulting is seriously inadequate healthcare
and dangerous errors. And I would call at 10:30am and was told that he had already
finished and went home for the day, leaving me to resort to the outragesly exspensive
emergency room for my diabetes care. But Dr. Rein doesnt care that I have fired him.
He has so many patients that he is just raking in the cash and doesnt need me as his
patient. He can afford to lose a few. No biggy for him. And that is his main problem
I think. He just over books his practice way too much seriously limiting the care he
is able to provide individual patients. Very Dangerous ! Personally I am used to having
a doctor that has a genuine concern for my discomfort and pain. My previous doctor,
from another state, and I, communicated by e-mail nearly every single day. That is what
I call on-the-spot healthcare. My previous doctor had a genuine concern for my wellbeing.
Im just another sick person in line to Dr. Rein, no compassion, no cares for my health,
only that he gets paid. In December 2009 and January 2010, I was sent to the ER 4 times
with problems related to my diabetes, but only saw Dr. Rein 2 times, very rush-rush, in
and out, minimum care. I would not recomend Dr. Rein to anyone with serious health problems.
Your life or death condition will recieve no more attention than a broken fingernail and
then only when Dr. Rein get's around to it. In fact, I would avoid Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington, Wisconsin and it's associated clinics altogether. You'd likely recieve better care from a vetrinarian. I know for a fact that my dog got better care from her doctor than I got from that Burlington, Wisconsin Aurora facility, HANDS DOWN ! Good luck there Arthur, your gonna need it ! But then again, if you like being treated like cattle and be talked down to in a very condescending way, then Aurora is for you ! Everyone's an idiot at Aurora ! And if your not, they will make sure you feel that way before you leave !
