I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. On a personal note: Dr. Murthy has been my doctor for a long time. I have no desire to change to a different doctor. When I see him he always asks about specific members of my family, proving his desire to have a more personal relationship with his patients. He is so highly recommended by me.
