They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been a patient of Dr. Delp's since birth! He delivered me!! I am now 42 and Dr Delp is the ONLY primary care doctor I wil go to, until the very sad day he retires! My daughter is his 4th generation to be treated by him!! He is a wonderful doctor who goes ABOVE and BEYOND in every aspect of patient care! I cant say enough WONDERFUL things about Dr. Arlen Delp D.O. !!!!!!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here and clean.You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Dr. Delp takes time to listen to everything you say and answers every question. He doesnt try and rush you out. Sometimes I do wait just a little longer when I get into the patient room but thats ONLY sometimes. Everywhere else I use to go to I would wait forever to see someone who wouldn't take the time to cover everything or seem annoyed when I did have a few more questions then normal. He also does a great job explaining why and what he is giving me and ways to improve my health without medication. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
