I had my first appointment today with Dr. Bhatia the dermatologist here in Downtown Milwaukee. I waited 35 minutes to be seen and he spent less than 2-3 minutes in the exam room with me before moving on to the next patient. He was cold, rude, completely not interested in my issue and totally ignored the information that I had given him about my concerns.

I'd like to say I'll "summarize" but the entire incident was only a minute long, so here how it went down.

Doctor: "Hello, how can I help you today",

Patient: "Hello, I am here to see if you can help me put together a plan to treat my acne problem and this small patch of dermatitis that I am dealing with"

Doctor: "Ok, I will write you some Scrips and be right back"

Patient: "Wait, please hear my history"

Doctor: (Look of confusion) "Oh that’s all so common, I will be right back"

Patient: "Please wait. I have seen a number of Dermatologists in the past and have tried all the basics yet nothing has worked and I want to figure it out this time. I have tried Retin-A, Tetracycline, Docxylicine, Salicylic Acid, Muprcin and Clyndimicyn in the past with NO Luck and I want to know what else I can do? Also, I should mention my last Doctor who is no longer practicing use to use (the name of the product escapes me) and it worked pretty well for a while, do you know anything of the sort"

Doctor: "Um, I will write you a Scrip for something more "Real" and less of a Potion or Alixer that that guy gave you" "Along with the Scrips, I will get one of the girls to teach you how to wash and clense your face." (Doctor leaves)

Patient: (Looking Confused and mad as hell) Moments later is greeted by the Nurse (Whom was very nice and considerate) who hands me several Scrips for Salicylic Acid (tried it already and told the doctor just 35 seconds ago), Clyndimicyn (tied it already and told the doctor just 35 seconds ago) and some samples of the same for free (Oh Yea).

I would recommend looking elsewhere for dermatology care. If your time isn't worth it, your health probably is.
