Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The equipment was so outdated and old that it was borderline dangerous. I was scared for my safety. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
