I was pretty dissatisfied with the way my appointment went. I ended up leaving feeling very confused. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. However, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed at how sweet Dr Ansari comes across, but if you listen to the way he talks about his patients when he thinks no one can hear... you would probably never want to see another Dr again. Dr Ansari seemed more interested in the home life of his assistant, then he was in helping me find a solution to my problem. Not to mention Dr Ansari lied to me, telling me that he was going to fight through my L&I case with me. He didnt even consult with me before telling L&I I could go back to work as a fast food worker instead of fighting for my retraining. I had been told by the L&I Dr that I couldnt go back to work, I needed to be retrained, but my own Dr. betrayed me. His fake smile, the gold around his neck and his Mom as an office worker Shows that hes only in it for the money and a job for his mom. This Dr. is a quack, run while you can.

Parking was convenient - you don't have to park far and walk far - it is very close. Front office staff could be more pleasant to new patients, but after going there for a year they have warmed up to me. Dr. Ansari is by far the best doctor I have had. He is willing to let me participate in my health care and that means the world. He always spends as much time with me as necessary and I never feel like he is rushing me. I would say it is sometimes hard to get return phone calls from his staff. So if you call don't expect a return call in 24 hours, it's more like 48 hours. But that is the only down fall. :)
