Earl Fox, MD

Dr. Earl Fox has been a practicing General Surgeon since 1986. In 1990 he was the assistant surgeon for some of the first F.D.A. approved bands done in the United States. Dr. Fox began specializing in bariatric surgery doing the adjustable gastric banding or Lap-Band in 2004. To date he has done over 700 Lap-Band surgeries. The office in Richland opened in April of 2006 as a satellite office to the Tacoma location. Since that time, the practice has grown exponentially into a thriving entity of its own. Dr. Fox and his wife purchased a home last fall and have now moved to the Tri-Cities to provide full time care to local residents and patients all over the Greater Columbia Region of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Between them and other surgeons I've seen, there is no comparison. They were above and beyond my expectations, and make all other surgeons look like beginners. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
