I'm disappointed mainly with the front office workers. I don't feel like I can count on them in an emergency let alone how to type on a computer or communicate properly. I wouldn't trust them to watch my dogs. They have screwed up our appointment times twice now and blame us for it, the front office women take no responsibility. And when I asked which doctor they had us scheduled to see, she said "I can't pronounce his name". WOW...and I'm the one who needs to be more responsible??? How about you care about your job and the patients or don't bother. I personally work in emergency medicine and I'd never treat a patient that way or my co-workers, what an embarrassment for this office. Furthermore, their "courtesy" automated phone call reminders about your appointment date leave a message in Spanish. I made them aware of this and their solution was that it's our responsibility to remember our appointment date and time...which we always do, but you can't pronounce the doctors name we were scheduled to see? That's real responsible.How about you take my number off your automated calling system you don't care to try to fix then after that meet the staff all over again and learn how to pronounce their names! And if your still working there by some miracle, get a better attitude,learn how to make appointments and at least act like you care. Horrible horrible horrible front desk/scheduling/communication/courtesy skills and abilities. Note to the doctors: We have seeing all but one of you, great job every time! Very satisfied with the doctors. And with that said I think you need to bring in some new front office workers who are care about their job, are not rude to your patients and who can schedule correctly. Ill be passing this complaint along anywhere and e everywhere I can.
