I was satisfied with my first visit. It all went down the hill after that. I had to call them about the results of each lab. The secretary (suzanne) behaves like she knows it all. They are absolutely inflexible in scheduling appointment. The doctor may know what she's doing, but the atmosphere there is horrible. She got my hormones way below the normal level and kept telling me that I still need to take the suppressants. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks by email or phone only to find out that the email is down (3 weeks!!! email is down!!!! how come?) and their phone was busy or nobody would pick up. Bottom line - I will never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
