Phone is answered by a machine, wait time before you get to talk to an actual person can be anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. Wait time once you get an appointment can be 15 to 45 minutes in the lobby, then another 5 to 20 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Gordon pays very little attention to what you are telling him, jumps to conclusions without having all the information that you are trying to give him. When he does a test, he barely takes the time to go over the results. If there is a problem he may or may not follow up on it. Seems distracted and unfocused. Would NOT recommend him.
