They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
