They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I visited this doctor for a specific medication problem. I was on a low dose of the medicine which had stopped working well and was visiting Dr. Welch to get an increase in the dosage. He agreed since I had visited another doctor who had put me on the higher dose which was working well. When I picked up the meds at the pharmacy it was the lower dose again. I called the doctors office who denied I had asked for the higher dose. I have spoke to them once and left a message and get no response. I now have to find a new doctor because they will not communicate or help me at all. I give this office two thumbs down and am afraid to go back. My insurance office was billed for this visit and my main health issue which can be life threatening was not taken care of. I cannot spend my money hiring a doctor who refuses to communicate with me.
