worst clinic (physicians, medical assistants, front desk and other administrative employees ) - i would not recommend to anyone

azra sadri, physician- i chose her because she was close to my work, accepting new patients and due to lack of time with work could not do research. and she was ok (not great). But her referrals were bad. she does not work here any more.

Roman kutsy, neurologist-incorrect diagnosis, ordered head MRI (not once, twice) instead of neck MRI ( zero times),
Switching and getting correct diagnosis from other doctors costed a lot in every aspect of life ( time, money, health, relationships, etc.)

to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist in their clinic they said, i need a referral, but my insurance does not require referral.

so i made an appointment with IRINE VAIMAN, a physician
- learnt that she is the owner of the clinic during the appointment

she is the worst. hardly spends time with patient, incorrect services/recordings as if performed, tests ordered without patients permission and knowledge, does not inform / explain lab results none/ partially, actual and usual check- ups or tests not done, messed up prescription, lab reports, list goes on and on....

in spite of me telling physician and her assistant not to do any services which insurance does not cover, prescribed some vitamin injections/shots to buy- so their staff could give the. turned out that she ordered vitamin test without my knowledge.

she has no current knowledge about pharmacy/ drugs/medicines.
she could have avoided my multiple trips to clinic, if she has ordered oral drops. i found out that information that vitamin was available in oral drops and told that i would take them instead of shots

she had lab results that vitamin test was normal but had no courtesy to tell me the results where normal, if i had taken that vitamin , it would have been excess.

i requested for a physical check up
- no face parts ( eyes, ears, mouth, nose etc..) checked
- hardly any time spent in checking lungs, breathing, neurological checks etc.,
etc...

physician and her assistant nods a lot as if listening well, but not sure how much they understand or remember.

her assistant claimed that insurance does not cover urine test, which i doubt, because it was done and covered in past multiple times.

the other office staff, talked sweetly first time. true colors came out when reported problems and asked them to fix things
- messages not taken properly and not implemented well.
- wrong information given to patients
- no respect for patient time, effort, discomfort or health condition
- they kept raising voice, but claimed as if i was raising voice etc to escape
- could not pass on correct information to labs
- wrong information in medical records, lab reports including doctors names, date of birth etc..
- changed physician name for 2nd visit in 2013. Physician and staff know about that and were just evading me and tried to confuse me, very obvious- physician did not want to initial or explain this lab result
- getting them to fix things was a night mare, so i just got important things fixed.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
