They were very courteous and polite, I was impressed. They treated everyone as equals and made everyone feel welcome. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I know that I can always count on them, even in an emergency. They always take my call right away and are eager to help me. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
