They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with questions or concerns, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure my niece was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.
