I had a situation where my medication was stolen on a weekend. I waited till Monday and called first thing in the morning. No answer. Left a message. Kept calling until someone answered the third or fourth time and asked them to have the doctor call me when available to call in my script. 4 hours pass. I call back 4-5 times with no answer and finally get a human on the line. I begged this person to please have Dr Koduru call me asap as I had been days without my meds. She said he usually does his messages at the end of the the day at 5:30. I called at 5 twice to no answer. Never received a call of any kind and called at 5:30 to find the office was closed.

He also has a tendency to answer several personal cell phone calls during our session speaking in another language . I find this rude to m since his time is so hard to come by yet mine seems not to be worth much to him.
