I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
