Dr Allen:
You may not remember me, my name is Jerome Schmidt , and you performed a rather serious surgery on me in 1977. I wanted to thank you and let you know I have never had a problem since. Again thank you for the wonderful job. You will always have my thanks and respect. My children thank you too.
