If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I just saw they reported me to Equifax over a $107 bill. Yet, I have never received any bills nor notifications. Yes, I have moved. But, I've updated my address with the USPS and the hospital I went to.. I have also had the same phone number for over 10 years. No phone calls. These people are horrible and probably stupid if they weren't able to get a hold of me. Other bills from the same hospital have managed to reach me. What's their excuse?

these people is open the office not for service, just to collect money .they keep sending bill for unessary lab work done which you don't need.
