The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My child absolutely loves Muhammad Najam, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.
