He wanted me to purchase new insoles which I have already done. He was rude his staff was in different but his Med student was brilliant. I had to be seen 2 times before surgery (not sure why except $$) had a surgery date at my 1st appt. so one would think that the 2nd appt. there would be no problems. My surgery was cancelled the day before after 4pm with the only reasoning was that anesthesiology wanted to do a consult. After talking to Anest. they stated they were waiting for Dr Brodsky's office. So with Dr Brodsky's office no one will return my call.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
