I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They would not stop trying to make me take a type of medication that I knew didn't work for me. I have taken it in the past and yet they tried to push it on me relentlessly. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour to see the Dr., they had an emergency, but once I saw her and visited with her, her expertise made up for the tardiness, she was VERY KIND, and understood my needs. Their(front desk) staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me; the lab techs, and nurses were the NICE guys, very friendly and gentle.
