They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Yes! They were very forceful.

Yes, I was in agony!
