Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
