I had a couple of horrible experiences with this dr. First after arriving 10-15 mins before my appt as they requested - I would then sit and wait to be called back for at least an hour. I strongly feel that as a Dr office - you are scheduling the appt - therefore you are telling me what time to be there and to consistently be behind is extremely disrespectful to your patients. Grogono has the worst bedside manner of any dr I have ever seen. I was going through a mis-carriage and she was busy checking her text messages from her child and husband during my appt. There are honestly too many issues to put out here - but I actually switched to a different dr because my 2 month experience was so horrible. I would absolutely 100% NOT recommend her to anyone!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
