I was sent to Neurosurgeon because of MRI that showed on report bulging disc and I have sharp pain in neck and along shoulders even numbness sometimes in my arms. His staff was not helpful and rushed me through the start of meeting, then when he got in room and did some checkup on my arms and legs then proceeded to tell me that MRI was not bad and that probably I had strained muscles. Then he noticed scar on front of my neck and I told him that Dr.. Norvell had done a procedure to replace bone in my neck due to numbness- He just about rolled out of the room and would not talk or touch me again- as if I said a bad name or word. He told me to take pain pills and go for therapy. Now since I was already doing that and was told to see him why would he dismiss me that way- I felt helpless and I will never recommend him or ask to see him again. Unfortunately in Victoria, TX we do not have much choice. Lord Help Us

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
