I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment,as always at a doctors visit. I was never able to fully relax. They didn't display their qualifications and that keeps me on edge. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. I would like to meet on terms that I have had with my other doctor; that being sharing information on a friendly basis. There is no need to be aloof at all times. I believe that the doctor is bound by too much red tape by government rules and regulations to be effective as she could be......that is no fault of her own.
