I've been seeing Dr. Shay for several years. His staff is very professional and congenial. I have a very good level of trust of being in his care. He takes plenty of time to answer questions and listen to my concerns and my goals for my overall health.

Dr Shay seemed fine but his office staff is terrible. I have never been treated so poorly. In particular, Amy is very unprofessional. She is argumentative and just plane mean. I can only imagine if I were very ill and had to deal with this terrible woman. Dr Shay seems like an ok doctor but I will not deal with his staff again. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
