The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here IF it's not lunch time. There lunch hours are from 11:30 to 1:30 which is the only time I can make calls from my work. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I have been Dr. Kenra's patient since she was a new doctor with Dr. Arnold (now retired). She and her great assistant, Jenny, have always treated me like family in that they have always been there when I needed them and have helped me through some tough times. I have recommended Dr. Agnes Kinra to many of my friends and even to strangers who were looking for a great doctor who truly cares about her patients! I really have never experienced anything but a warm and caring environment in her office or on the phone with her staff.
