Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
