They've never been late to any of my appointments. I have showed up early sometimes and they have been ready and prepared. They were always very considerate and professional. Their full attention is always on me and have never taken a personal call during my appointment. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Dr. Serna always makes sure that you understand the reasons for certain prescriptions and understands diagnosis. She will refer to other doctors when specialists are required. I have gone to Dr. Serna over 10 years and have never been unhappy with their service.

Dr. Serna is extremely thorough and seems to genuinely care about you and the way you take care of yourself. If you want a serious Dr. that tells you like it is - I highly recommend her.
