When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. Besides all the above, Dr. Gordon is kind, respectful and competent .
