Dr. Lopez is a good enough physician but his office staff is lacking. You have to keep on top of them. I had to pick up a laboratory test order form. I was told over the phone that I could just go in and get it. When I arrived, I was told to sit and wait to be called. 30 minutes later I returned to the window and another person found the form in 5 seconds.
