I told them my mother was getting forgetful (Early stages of Alzheimer's Disease} and told them SEVERAL TIMES over the phone to check, when I'd make the appts., which they DID NOT, the receptionists professionalism isn't professional, she never seems to put on the computer what the visit is for ALTHOUGH I tell her when I phone to make the appts. The attitude of the staff is rude, I don't care what you look like, they should treat everyone in the same manner.
It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
