The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
