I love the doctor services have no complains about his services as a patient but very very upset on how i was treated by receptionis who answers calls to make appointments and take messages for the doctor i will could only say her name is Christy who was very unprofessional and very argumentative instead of assisting me with a resolution and i was appauled when i received a call back from the nurse the next day more concerned about what happened on the call than wanting to assist me as a patient I'm so upset i am considering changing providers over how i was treated I think alot of times this employees treat patients very rude being the doctor is not aware how we as patients are being treated by employees who represent the doctor.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
