Dr. Koval is an excellent diagnostician and wonderful doctor. He puts you to ease and takes the time necessary to understand any issue. I've referred him to everyone I know and I frequently see people in the waiting room who have brought friends or associates for their first visit to Dr. Koval. No doubt, he's the best.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
