The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They have really great customer service here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
