I was always happy with Dr. Van Winkle. His office staff in Castroville, not so much. We recently moved out of state and my daughter ran out of her ADHD medication. I was not able to see a new doctor until the following month because we were new patients. His office staff never even asked the doctor just made the decision for him of not filling her medication. I was willing to take her to the ER to get weight, height whatever they needed, but she simply reply "no". So now my daughter is completely out and has to be for atleast a month, then another month of the medication getting into her system. Thanks Offfice Staff, since you are so qualified as "Doctors" to make these decisions.
