The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. Their office was very quiet, but I was the only one there. They made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner, but this was a very routine visit. What made my first and only visit extremely frustrating is that they could not give me a receipt except for the sales receipt. Every, single other doctor that I have been to in the 22 years that I have been an adult can give you SOMETHING that shows what you were treated for. I needed this for insurance reimbursement. So, they told me their billing office could MAIL me something. When I called their billing office, they couldn't help me either saying that they have to wait for the doctor to send the info. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this doctor and all the staff. This is the first time I have found a practice where I love everything about it!!! No need to settle for second best here.
